The Karnage welder has been extremely useful. I am using it for repairs to ranch equipment. In the past, I have had to haul a welder and generator to the equipment in the field or the arena, which is extremely inconvenient and slow, and it takes a lot of effort to break down and set up for each new repair, whether it is ten yards or two miles away. I can just throw this in the back seat of the truck, pull it out, fix something, and then easily carry it to the next repair. The other day, I happened to spot a broken panel, and rather than run back to the house, load the welder and generator, drive back over, unload, set up, weld for two minutes, and then take the whole setup apart and put it away, I pulled out the Karnage welder and had it fixed in ten minutes. And since the repairs are usually quick spot welds on panels or tacking on a small piece, there is plenty of battery life. And, on top of that, it makes beautiful welds, even on galvanized pipe. I find myself looking for things to fix, and fixing things that I had decided to simply let go because it was too much trouble. When I am hauling cattle or horses, I will make sure that this welder is in the trailer.
